Recommendation for Presentations

Instructions for poster presentation:

• • Poster presentations should be in English.

  • Poster must be in A0 format (84 cm x 119 cm).

  • The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

  • The title must be the same as the abstract submitted.

  • Title, author’s names and affiliations must appear at the top of the poster.

  • Text and illustrations must be large enough to be legible at a distance of 2 meters.

  • The poster will present objectives, methods, results and discussions.

  • All figures are to have captions

  • Materials for poster mounting will be provided.

  • Posters will be on display throughout the conference and will be the subject of a presentation session.

Instructions for oral presentation:

• • Oral presentations must be in English and will be in the form of a short 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions. PC laptops will be available. 

  • Please bring your presentation during the break before the start of the corresponding session.
