How to Reach Marrakech from Casablanca Mohammed V Airport

Participants flying to Casablanca Mohammed V Airport who do not wish to take a connecting flight to Marrakech are advised to travel by train to enjoy the scenic landscape. Although the journey takes at least 3 hours and 30 minutes by train, it is a more affordable and safer option compared to taxis or buses.

Trains depart from the airport every hour between 6:00 am and midnight (except at 8:50 pm). Tickets can be purchased at the airport train station. Passengers must transfer at Oasis or Casa Voyageurs train stations to continue to Marrakech. Trains from Casa Voyageurs to Marrakech run every two hours from 4:50 am to 8:50 pm. The journey from this station to Marrakech takes about 3 hours.

Weather in Marrakech

From June to August, temperatures often exceed 40°C and can reach the high 40s. In winter (December to February), daytime temperatures can reach up to 27°C, while nights are cooler, around 8°C. Spring and autumn are popular times to visit, with temperatures ranging from the high 20s to mid-30s.
